Anthromorphs are a race of humanoid animals in Ryne & Dal. They are anthropomorphic animals that spawned from a scientific formula created by Doctor James Cordell and Doctor Antoine Loch in the year 1980 as an attempt to resolve the economic crisis of the city of Dystopia wherein high crime rates caused human workers to refuse to commute through and work in dangerous environments.

Anthromorphs are physically stronger than humans, but they are slower moving due both to their heavy fur and muscle mass. Anthromorphs with full heads of hair occur rarely, as most are "bald".
